Sarah is a travel-loving Las Vegas resident with an eye for adventure.
She grew up in the deep south (Alabama, y’all!) but headed to Nashville for college where she received a BBA in Marketing and a master’s degree in Public Policy.
Sarah has worked on marketing campaigns ranging from nonprofits and universities to the largest provider of senior living in the United States. But her main passion is working with entrepreneurs by helping them achieve more with marketing.
When Sarah’s not creating for YouFoundSarah.com or traveling, you’ll find her eating her way through Vegas’ amazing restaurants, hiking with her husband Drew and their dogs Olive & Nola Mae, or discussing the latest episode of Married at First Sight.
Nola Mae and Olive are two shelter dogs living their best lives in the Las Vegas desert. And while they don’t enjoy gambling or techno music, they do love salmon treats, things that squeak, and short car rides to the dog park.
Nola Mae is a beagle and basset mix from Nashville and Olive is a Catahoula leopard from around Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Nola was Nashville Paw’s 2013 Cover Dog and “spokesdog” for Pedigree! Her picture was also on the boards at the Nashville Predators games.
(And yes, the fame went to her head!)
My husband’s name is Drew, and he is many things, but a few include doggie daddy, travel planner, explorer, comedian, policy wonk, and writer.
He’s the smartest person I know and he’s got amazing kitchen dance moves.
If that’s not enough, he can also entertain himself for hours on cross-country road trips by drumming along to REM — or really any song that comes on SIRIUSXM.
He takes a lot of the pictures you see of me on my blog, so if you think those are bad give him a shout.
I work as a freelance digital marketer, graphic designer, and editor for policy organizations dedicated to promoting the free market.
Whoa…what does that mean?
It means I live on social media, write relatable content, and design postcards, flyers, and infographics for organizations that believe we should all have the freedom to do what we want as long as we don’t harm anyone else. You can see some of my work here.
I got interested in politics from a young age and served as a page with the Alabama Senate when I was around 13-years old.
When I started college, I knew I wasn’t an ideal fit for the typical think tank world so I got my degree in marketing and psychology, and later got my masters in public policy. You won’t hear a lot about my politics here because there’s too much chatter about that nowadays anyway.
If you have any questions about what I do, what I believe, or what I put in my coffee in the morning, I’m an open book. My only request is that questions and comments are kept civil because I believe:
a.) We are all good people
b.) We all want the best for each other
My favorite places to hang are Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter.
